Pump It Up: XX ver. 2.05 & December SMX Update

Last week the official Pump It Up YouTube channel released a short teaser giving us a few details concerning a new patch for Pump It Up: XX. Given COVID-19 has drastically altered the world, Andamiro and the Pump It Up development team decided it best to push off a new mix and simply continue support for XX. The next patch is scheduled to come out January 7th, 2021 and will introduce two new songs "Brain Power" and "Life is Piano", two crossovers from Pump It Up: M, "The Reverie" and "God Mode 2.0 feat. Skizzo", and a new full song, "Full Moon". The patch will also add new avatars for use on the Pump It Up website and in the game as well. It is unknown if we are to receive any new charts for existing songs, but it may be likely given we have received more in previous patches. We will bring you more details as we get them over the next two weeks.

Late last week, a new patch for StepManiaX was released bringing 2020 to a close with eight additional songs. It is truly amazing how many songs have been added to the game and I personally cannot wait to see what the SMX team has planned for next year. I was able to play some of the songs from the latest patch earlier this week and I truly enjoy each one, especially "Electro Asia".
